Technical Product Manager with 6 years of shipping B2B SaaS and digital platforms. I decide what gets built, what waits, and what gets retired.
Then I write the spec, query the data, and ship the model behind it.

LIFTED UDUH

Welcome. I’m a technical product manager in the Greater Toronto Area who builds systems from ideation to delivery.

My route into product ran through B2B SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, and fintech platforms, as well as the operational software small businesses actually run on. Six years on, that delivery instinct shows up in numbers I can point to: churn pulled from 15% to 9%, NPS rose from 31 to 58 across four consecutive quarters, revenue grew 45%, cart abandonment cut 30%, and satisfied users migrated off a legacy platform without downtime.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped drawing a line between product decisions and technical ones. They were always the same decision.

EXPERTISE

Product Execution & Business Impact

I take products from strategy to measurable outcomes. I work across product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to turn priorities into build-ready requirements, manage trade-offs, resolve delivery issues, and measure what happens after launch. My focus is not simply shipping features; it is connecting execution to business results, including revenue growth, lower churn, stronger customer outcomes, and faster product decision-making.

Technical Specification & Delivery

For organizations where product hands engineering a wish list and loses two weeks to clarification. I write PRDs and acceptance criteria carrying goals, scope, edge cases, and explicit non-goals — build-ready, without a follow-up meeting, and hold release decisions with no delivery layer between product and engineering. The value is velocity recovered from rework. Cut documentation cycle time by 15% and eliminated recurring specification rework.

Partnership & Integration Scoping

For businesses whose next growth channel is a partner, not a feature. I negotiate commercial terms, then scope the technical integration surface and onboarding flow end to end — closing the gap where most partnerships die between signature and shipped API. This is where commercial judgment and technical scoping have to sit in the same head. Negotiated and signed an enterprise distribution channel into an established SMB merchant base, then scoped the integration and merchant onboarding flow myself.

Projects & Impact

Product Manager / Scrum Master

Brought churn from 15% to 9% and NPS from 31 to 58 across four consecutive quarters by segmenting users on structured and unstructured support-ticket data to target in-product guidance at the highest-friction cohorts; ran backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies, and impediment resolution; retired a legacy platform serving 1,000+ users on a phased cutover held against formal finance objection, cutting inbound support inquiries 60%.

Product Manager

Owned pricing, merchandising, and checkout strategy end to end on an eCommerce platform, lifting platform revenue 45% and cutting cart abandonment 30% by gating every release on an experiment readout rather than stakeholder preference; ended a standing dependency on ad-hoc analyst pulls by writing the SQL and shipping self-serve GA4 and Amplitude dashboards over the underlying data pipelines, establishing the single measurement baseline that marketing, merchandising, and product used to prioritize the backlog.

Senior Product Manager

Cut time-to-identify post-launch adoption blockers 50% by designing and instrumenting a governed product telemetry taxonomy with documented data definitions and validation checks that separate a genuine adoption problem from an instrumentation gap; reduced requirements documentation time 40% by standardizing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria into reusable templates giving engineering, QA, and support a common definition of done.
